My daughter 5 yrs old has dry cough and is complaining of stomach ache.She is being given Soventis Jr and Maxtra.It's been about 5 days now.though she does not have fever.Do I need to see a doctor or will it subside.

Cough usually takes a week time to subside. Medications are helpfull in minimise the symptoms and to give relief. Instead you avoid oily and other junk foods, make her to drink cup of hot water 6-7 times day which not only give relief but also cures the problem soon.
If it is of lower respiratory tract infection then should start Antibiotics.
So you can have a check with your pediatrician regarding what type of infection she is having.
