Hello sir good morning, please be cool and relax and I have gone through the picture you posted in the platform.
We call it as urticaria and is nothing but allergic reaction may be due to some food or drugs and due to environmental changes also.
Please nothing to worry it will come down but you have to take some medicine and you ask to apply some lotion to come down.
