Hello ,non vegetarian foods are rich in vitamin b12 like red meat ,sea foods ,milk ,yogurt ,cheese ,egg are rich in vitamin b12 ,most commonly pure vegetarian suffer from b12 deficiency .Fish oil, milk ,cheese ,mushroom,soya, cereals are rich in vitamin d3.You can even take calcium and vitamin tablets.
