I have fungal infection for last 3-4 month on my penis head, so i am taking Itraconazole 200 two time a day as prescribed. And the infection was completely disappeared and I stopped taking the medication. But after some time the infection returned and I again started taking pills and stopped as it disappeared again. Now it comes again and I am taking the same medication Itraconazole 200 but now it's not working. Is my adjusted with Itraconazole or the infection resistant to medication?

Two scenarios are possible either you have not taken your antifungal as the prescription suggests or you have some other diagnosis. Regardless of both you need a consultation to know the definite diagnosis for proper management.
Sometimes, it happens. There are far more medications other than itraconazole that can help you. Kindly consult for proper medication. You can also do an online consultation.
