=> Your parents must be old and they cannot by themselves take care of 3 children at this age. You are also a young mother, don't be overwhelmed by responsibility of motherhood. If you are under emotional stress visit a counsellor or a Psychiatrist for help to tide over this difficult time in life. And Don't worry you are a great mother, you can handle your children well. Also take some time for your relaxation, at least 30 min - 1 hr everyday perhaps when children are sleeping. ✓You seem to be suffering from depression but more information may be needed to confirm Diagnosis. ✓Consult online on practo if required. ✓Read below information to gain knowledge, insight and awareness into your problems Regards, Dr Rahul Kansal Major Depressive Disorder.
