My baby of 6.5 months poo very frequentl

Hi Sir, my baby of 6.5 months does potty on regular intervals. In a day he is doing atleast 6-7 times potty. Those stools are not loose but we have consulted doctor. He was injected for two days. Also medicines were given but nothing is changing. I am very worried He is not gaining weight also these days.
