Hi. It looks like he is not actively bleeding right? If he’s not actively bleeding then you can apply: Zytee rb gel over it. It will help with the pain. Apply over the affected area twice a day until it heals. If it’s still painful you can apply ice also. Avoid spicy or hot food. It will pain more In case he is actively bleeding please consult
