Dont mix both feed together if you wnat to give you can give alternate feeding.
Like you feed your baby 12 hourly in day
So you can give 6 mother feed and 6 formula feed
And every formula has different way of creating the milk.
Normally every 30 ml should be mixed with 1 spoon.
Otherwise always check your box of formula for how to make it
