First of all, let me reassure you — in most adult men, a ‘small-looking’ penis is not a medical problem.
Penis size does not keep increasing after puberty. By your age (31), whatever size you have is your normal size.
Many men feel their penis is small because they compare themselves with images or wrong information. In reality, normal size varies a lot from person to person.
