Hello dear. Post acne scarring is a common sequelae of inflammatory acne.
Creams and lotions will not do much for scars. Just like a crater on the road, which has to be filled with tar and cement, scars on face need filling up. You can choose from microneedling, PRP, laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and fillers
