Hi, I would need more details to comment on this. Which joint is making such sound and when? Is there any pain or limp? Any injury to shoulder, any fall? Any swelling? If there are no other symptoms, just continue giving calcium and wait. But if there is any swelling, severe pain, or she is limping, consult a pediatrician
