My 10yrs daughter
My 10 yrs old daughter stubborn, not giving respect to parents and even not caring for any advice and she has small baby 8 months sister. She handles her very roughly but she says that she lives her sister very much. Please let us know what to do. Kindly advice.

I would suggest you both as parents consult a psychologist first.
Probably, she is unable to understand and accept herself, the occupied space, by her younger sister.
