My 10months old boy getting fever

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My 10 months old baby boy getting fever since yesterday we gave T-95 DS for 6hrs interval till yesterday night from today morning he has no temperature but all of sudden since an hour (today evening) again he got temperature of 100.5 . So shall we continue the same medicine for another 24hrs? I'm attaching the image of syrup please do check and suggest Thankyou

If he is active when there is no fever, continue T98 DS till 48 hours of fever. If fever is high after that, please visit a pediatrician for check up. T98 DS is for older children. Please be careful about dose. If weight is 8 kg, give 2.5ml only. Please mention weight always
