If you have caries then you must go for rct ..post and core and prosthesis. Rates of each treatment varies from place to place, doctor and material charges. He might be using very good quality material that's why he is telling you those charges. And if you thinking of getting extracted your teeth and replaced by implants then it will costs you more than 25 k per implant.  It's more costly. And being implantologist I want to suggest you if your teeth prognosis is good..you should go for rct post and core and prosthesis.
Next Steps
You need to trust your dentist and you should go for rct of your teeth Done. once your teeth rct will get completed you will be having no pain and you can eat whatever you want.
