I HV muscular pain in shoulder approx 1 month someone saying it's impingement.plzz suggest me best treatment

Pain around the shoulder at ur age can be due to impingement. The diagnosis is mostly clinical so best advice would be to attend an orthopaedic OPD. Most common treatment is in form of local hot fomentation, some ointment. Avoid extreme range of motion and medication such as a zerodol P twice a day for 3 to 5 days. Thanks.
