What is muscular pain.whu these kind of pain happens how to get rid of these pain.i feel pain near to my chest area right and left both it's a pin point kind of pain which come for a sec and then goes off. Earlier I never experienced thiese things but from few month I have these issue.i had a pain in my left arm also very mild pain .r these related to heart.my age is 34y. Fasting suagr 93 pp 103
