You need to focus on the daily tasks that you are doing. How is your wrists, elbows and forearm placed, the stresses on the concerned muscles and joints. Your pain is due to muscular stiffness and you require stretching to take care of the same. More importantly you need to work on ergonomic environment so that the stresses on your hands are reduced.
