I got a muscle spasm in my left calf while playing sports. The pain did stop after some days but the injury is not fully healed. I feel discomfort sometimes at the same spot while doing heavy physical activity and during colder days the pain perceives

Visit physiotherapy clinic and take IFT for a week. Later with calf stretching exercises the muscles will be strengthen and there wont be any discomfort.
Untill then dont do any heavy activity that involves calf muscles, take rest and apply ice pack.
