I am suffering from muscular pain in shoulder and lower back from 6 months. Whenever I do any physical activity my shoulder get swells. Even sitting for long hours is not possible (lower back swells) is not possible. This is all happened because of weight lifting in gym. So can anyone help me to get out of this problem ?

don't approch to a orthopedic surgeon as they will spoil your conditions and money by just sending u fr mri...Xrays..bloody painkillers .calcium supplement .. multivitamins..lumbar back belts ND many many bullshits ...
so just take care of that ...u will be fine in 10-15 days max
