MusclePainin Upper Arm(L) with tinkling
For the last 2 months,Muscle pain in the left Upper Arm. Muscle is getting stiff at different areas which is shifting from one area to other.Sometimes Stiffness also subsides. X-ray ( AP &Lateral ) Left Shoulder shows early stage of Osteoartharitis.On Medication , Neo relax MR - 1 tab 2 times a day with little relief. Could not sleep at night due to Bursting pain in Muscles even with above medication and heat application. Had to sleep only on one side. PLEASE SUGGEST SOME QUICK REMEDY FOR PAIN RELIEF

Hi.. I suggest you to kindly meet a physio specialised in orthopaedic manipulation..can mobilise your joint and once Pain releived..he will put you into suitable rehab program as per your strength and level of activity... Hope this is helpful for you
