Hi doctor, Before 9 days i was walking on my way suddenly my right LEG was twisted bacause of some stones on road, i was wearing flat slippers only but still and there was a huge pain in that area after that it was swollen and become blue i took pain killer and went for office next day then i went to hospital near they told me its a muscle tear from 2 places and i did a bed rest for 7 days with a kaccha plaster after opening still i have minor pain and still its blue and some thick lump is ther
