1.Full thickness tear in supraspinatus tendon with moderate retraction upto distal end of the acromion with mild fatty atrophy 2. Infraspinatus and subscapularis tendinosis. 3. Adhesive capsulitis.

You have multiple issue with the shoulder which is probably causing you pain and difficulty to move. The situation needs proper assessment. The adhesive capsulitis may need lot of physiotherapy to improve. The tear in the supraspinatus may need to be repaired, depending on your symptoms and also the presence of any arthritis of your shoulder. Please see an Orthopaedic surgeon, who does shoulder arthroscopy to help you better.

You have a complex rotator cuff tear with secondary adhesive capsulitis. Try physiotherapy first after intrarticular depopred injection. If this fails to give relief, then you can opt for a arthroscopic rotator cuff repair or shoulder replacement depending on rotator cuff status. Apply hot water compression over shoulder regularly.
