I couldnt sleep at all yesterday because of the pain below the shoulder on my back ..pain killers of lion plasters not at all worked for the first time ..the tear is just below the shoulder but the thing is even if i want to eat the pai not only on that particular spot it shifts to the hand ..never ever i had this much pain
