Whole body muscles pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

All time whole Body muscles pain,back pain,shoulder pain,foot pain. Feeling very weak and tired.sensitive sleep,heachache,sometime feel nausea,yellowish urine,suddenly got fever for few times with mouth sore. Please suggest me what should i do?i feel very painfull and also depressed!

Feeling tired could be symptom of conditions like anemia, hypothyroidism. I suggest you consult physician once and get blood tests done. Fever wit bodypain backpain headache, nausea al this points towards viral fever. Passing yellowish urine could be because of dehydration. Take tablet paracetamol 650mg thrice daily. If stil no symptomatic improvement then go to physician please..
