I am suffering from ankle pain n swelling from 10 days..As per Doctor I have hair like breakage in my ankle.. and suggested me crepe bandage.. will I get recover fast using crepe bandage or need another medication.. please give suggestion.

Even if there is a hairline fracture, it may take around 6 weeks for complete healing.  Pain might go away within a week to 10 days if you keep the  limb immobilized.
Next Steps
You can take analgesic for pain, start calcium and vitamin d supplement to enhance bone healing..
