  3. Muscle Sprain in pregnancy. Thoughts?

Muscle Sprain in pregnancy
I am currently 18w6d. I got a severe sprain in my right arm all of a sudden and it has become unbearable. Unable to contact the hospital at this time. I applied a bit of topical gel on the arm. I later realised that these gels are usually not safe during pregnancy. I am now freaking out worrying if it will impact my baby. What are your thoughts?
