I have a neck spasm in neck from 7 months, well I did lot of physiotherapy sessions in last few months but all temporary relief. Please do help how to get rid of this problem. I did mri in March and then digital xray in June. What should I do. Everyone says it's a myospasm but why it's not leaving my neck.
