Muscle pain in the left side of my hip

Asked for Male, 19 Years

When ever i move there is a slight pain in the left side of my hip I can feel it is a muscle pain as when I try to take a turn while sleeping i have to be really slow and gentle so that I don't feel the pain. I can bend i can do high knee without any pain. Please let me know what should i do because it's been a while
