Nerve like Pain in different parts of bo
Hi. From last 3 weeks I am getting nerve like pain in random parts of my body like shoulder, hands, hips , legs, foot etc. it feels like I am getting pain quite easily. The pain feels like cramps but not as long as a muscle cramps. I did my blood tests like d3,b12, cbc, cpk, crp, thyroid, diabetes. All my test reports are normal except b12 which is 120. For b12 i have taken 3 injections once a week for 3 weeks and now I am taking oral doses along with gabapin tablet. Can this be resolved through physiotherapy

Hi. A vitamin B12 level of 120 is significantly low and can contribute to nerve-related symptoms such as pain, tingling, burning sensations, or hypersensitivity. Since you have recently started treatment, improvement may take several weeks to months. Physiotherapy may help if there are associated muscle tightness, weakness, or movement limitations, but it is important to first continue follow-up with your physician/neurologist to identify the exact cause of your symptoms. If your symptoms persist despite correction of B12 levels, a detailed clinical assessment would be advisable to guide further management. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
