Muscle ltightness for 3months
Actually my inguinal ligament area few portion muscle tighten. Actually in April 2 at I  sleep at right side my left leg bent over the side pillow and my right leg was straight in this position I hit my penis many times in side pillow which is hard at first I don't understand what happened . At first I feel stretch in right external oblique muscle after few days feel a stretch upto spinal cord right side . I only can sleep straight. If I want to turn left or right feel stretch. When I walk muscle get tighten. And when I sit in bed I feel tightness in back . Only when I wake up after sleep then when I walk then there is no pain but after 10 to 15 minutes walk in my muscle start tighten. I feel right side external oblique muscle and back tightness when walking , sitting few minutes. Tell me what to do the problem increased now almost 3 months. I have muscle tighten in iliac bone and inguinal ligament area few portion muscle tighten. Tell me what to do , is there muscle loosening cream ?
