Towel Hamstring Stretch
Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it..
Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time.
Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds.
Seated Hamstring Stretch
While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor.
Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards.
Hold this stretch for 30 seconds
Repeat 3 times for each leg.

Constant Cramping is indeed not a normal Phenomenon. Caused basically due to variations in electrolyte balance especially Magnesium and Calcium. As far as Flexibility goes constant cramping definitely affects the normal length of muscle fibres and flexibility and indeed leads to shortening of muscle fibres and ultimately to loss of flexibility.
Next Steps
Get a blood electrolyte test done (consult general physician) and Start with basic stretching exercises.
Health Tips
Ankle pumps and Quadriceps and Hamstrings stretchingâs should take care of the Stretchingâs and probably could cause decrease in frequency of cramps. Anti- Spasmodic Drugs can help in reduction of cramps but I will suggest you to undergo a serum electrolyte evaluation before you start off with any drug. Oils naturally have softening tendency. You can use any oil for massaging but don't forget to clean with a moistened Towel after massaging with oil. STAY HEALTHY
Hello there.
I can understand your concern and i hope you are not in too much pain.
You need to do stretching exercises of your leg and also some core strengthening exercises.
Take a calcium supplement like tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for 15 days. One glass of milk in the night.
Tab. Zerodol-TH8 twice a day after food for 2 days.
If it still persists, kindly consult a orthopedician in person.
Best regards.
