My friend got jerk in his right hand while bowling . due to the jerk the flesh of his muscle being scattered. now he is not able to do any work properly and he remains in pain.

Give rest to the injured part. Ice packs. Crepe bandage, limb elevation and pain killers will help. If tenderness is severe, get x-ray done. Unresponsive conditions will be better understood after examination of the person in clinic
