My mom is having severe leg pain for the past 2 days. He has hip join ball degeneration.Pain killers are not working. I have a doctor's appointment. But she is not able to walk.Is there any way to relieve the pain?

It may be due to Avascular necrosis of femoral head in hip joint. I would like to inform to know cause for it and correct biomechanical assessment
