Wash your hands frequently, eat soft diet like khichdi. ,avoid acidic fruit juices which might increase parotid gland pain , if possible use disposable spoon and plates for 5 days in order for salivary cross contamination . Do consult , for further advice and management if need be . Rest continue same treatment as advice by your doctor .
