I am a gym passionate person. I used to take Supradyn+evion400 as a Multivitamin source. Now i have increased Vitamin E as taking Evion 600. I just want to know that can i take evion 600 and supradyn both at a time.Or else tell me the best way to take these both multivitamins at a time.
