  4. Multiple perianal abscess. For it?

Multiple perianal abscess
I am having painful multiple perianal.abscess around exact anus region . But they are white and very small around 1mm in diameter . Only white portion is seen and it is discharging pus. No swollen or redness thing . I want to know what is it exactly called and treatment for it?
