Multiple Lymph/tumor on body

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have swollen skin patches on my body, not sure if it is called lymph. It is present for almost a couple of years. It is not paining. I am hoping that it is not tumor. Any medicine should I take to reduce the size to normal or do I need to go for surgery to get it removed?
