I had been exercising sarvangasana (standing with support of head and neck) since last one year and doing job in railway where i have to pull lever with force . Once i fell ill with fever for one month and took english medicine without prescription antibiotic and painkillers thereafter homeopathic fever gone after one month but at the same time i started facing gastritis then i consulted a general physician he suggested for some tests and given medicine zady 500 4tabs digene polybion syrup cifixime 250 fever gone after this medication but my right side head and neck and near ear feel haviness mild instability mental tiredness and mild pain it is not persistent it comes and goes when i thinks deeply about something it started again and a little pain rise in my right shoulder as well it becomes rather severe when suddenly gastritis occurs i want to whether this problem is connected with my exercise or job or gastritis
