Muffled Voice in Left Ear, Excess wax

My left ear feels like there is some hard wax inside and I hear muffled lower soun (Like cotton in my ear), it has been more than a week, I tried mustard oil but it would go back to same state, due to touching my ear a lot and ear buds it was paining for 2/3 days, I did a course of zenflox pain is a lot better now but muffled sound wax is still the
