My dad is 56, became covid + on 15 april. Recovered well in home isolation only. Just one thing, he was given 1 mg(oral) dexamethasone(decadan) for 4 days. 19 th to 22 april. He is non diabetic(after meal below 120). No underlying condition. Currently also fit and fine. Due to 4 days, 1mg of decadan, is he on risk? How long he should be careful about this diseases? 1+ months already passed. Please suggest.

He is not at risk. Steroid dose and duration was minimal. Maintain social distancing and covid hygiene protocol. Improve diet and take adequate rest

Chances are less but precaution should be taken like keep sugar levels under control and don't overuse the steroids without the prescription of doctor, look for warning signs like black discharge from nose, bleeding from nose, nasal stuffiness, pain and swelling around eyes, decrease in vision in eyes, decrease in movements of eyes, dental pain, black spots over palate and around eyes
Next Steps
be careful don't panic
