Mucoid degeneration in ACL, Consider it a Grade 1 injury
Actually when you have lost so much time(2017-2020) and you are experiencing instability, here the Grade or Quality of ligament does not matter.
Important is to understand that this ACL is not of good quality, cannot support you in you daily and high demand requirements like sports.
In short, don’t loose more time, get this ligament
Replaced by a new reconstructed ligament.
Not only will u be doing your work but also can run, dance etc.
Next Steps
At 24, my advice for u is Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction
