MTP MCP joint Pain

Hello, Greetings of the day. I'm 23 years old male adult. I'm suffering from both feet MTP joints and few hand MCP joints pain from 2 months. Though, My Uric acid, Vit. B12, RBS, RA Factor, Anti CCP test results are Normal, I'm not get rid of it. Kindly help me out of this. Thank you.
