Mthfr mutation. Get natural pregnancy.

I am 34 years old, I had pregnancy last year and still birth in 34 wks in Nov 2017. had no from wk 30. my weight in pregnancy was 90 . after still birth I was asked to do thrombophilia profile. I have positive test for mthfr c667t heterozygous and positive for ana test 1:100 . doctor has asked me to wait till 6 months and then plan. I have two 3mm fibroids inside uterus and one little bigger outside. I want to try soon. I have reduced my weight to 75 kgs now . doctor told me that I have think blood tendency that caused my abortion. I will have to start taking aspirin after 6 months as soon as I try. and injection daily after pregnancy tested positive. I need   more help on this ... what all I should do to boost my fertility and get natural pregnancy. it was a spontaneous pregnancy . I also had septa removal in 2016 thanks.
