I have two recurrent missed carriage i tested for mthfr it was positive for homozygous A1892c in previuos pregnancy i recived clexan 4000 i.u anti xa every day single dose i lost first pregnancy at 4 week but there was no fetal heart in u/s and i lost the second one in 20 weeks of gestation, I'm really confused i want to get a real good answear pl
