MRI report
I have lower back pain after my delivery (3yrs post partum), coccyx pain if I sit too long and knee psin. Did an MRI. found I have L5 S1 disc bulge. I need help in understanding this report::: Mild subchondral sclerotic changes with adjacent subtle edema visualised in lower aspect of left sacroiliac joint. Minimal subchondral sclerotic changes also visualised in lower aspect of sacroiliac joint.

U have coccodynia. Which is pain in coccyx. MRI changes are suggestive of sacroilitis that is inflammation of sacroiliac joints. However 50% of MRI findings are incidental.
