Preterm babes can have intraventricular bleed. What you must do is watch his developmental milestones. If there is any delay in like neck holding or other developmental milestones then further investigation will be needed. So constantly be in follow up with your local Pediatrician or visits specialist called “ developmental Pediatrician” who are available at child development centres
