Hi I have been having lower back and abdominal pain in intervals for the past 2 days No chance in color or pain while passing urine and similarly while passing stool. Could this be a case of kidney stone or appendicitis. No pain in the groin currently Should I perform any tests before visiting the doctor? Can I take pain killers for temporary relief
