Mouth ulcers
Recurring problems of mouth ulcers inside the cheek and on the the tongue. Have been taking multivitamin tablets and B-Complex tablets but to no avail. Ulcers have developed on the side of the tongue also.

There can be multiple causes of mouth ulcers especially those which are recurrent and multiple. A proper clinical examination with a detailed history can help us to arrive at a rational diagnosis of your ulcers. Multivitamins add to the health of the skin and oral mucosa but do not cure oral ulcers, contrary to common belief.
So you can continue taking them on a regular basis but do not expect your ulcers to heal because of them. Temporary symptomatic relief can be achieved by using anaesthetic ointments like dologel CT.

i would suggest you to go visit a dentist soon. the ulcers maybe due to lifestyle related stress or any other factors.
