I have been going through a series mouth ulcers always coming in my mouth inside of lip area near gums and on tongue both sides up and down of tongue i have been facing this problem form 2 weeks

These ulcers could be due to stress and/or deficiency of vitamins and minerals in your daily diet. If you are stressed out, make sure your stress levels come down. As for the deficiency, you can take some multivitamin tablets.
