Hi sir/mam, One of my female friend age 30, stays in Gurgaon. She is having mouth ulcers from past one month, she applying cream over there but still that is not recovered and she is very nervous. Please help if she needs to avoid anything to eat or any activity she need to do, anything which she needs to tk cr or she needs to start or stop. Please let me know. Thanks,
